On this pageIntroduction

The Partner Administrator is responsible for managing courses, instructors, learners, and monitoring learning activities within the ICE Institute ecosystem. This guide outlines the processes that Partner Administrators are responsible for, from creating courses and assigning instructors to managing learners and monitoring and evaluating learning progress.

The scope of management covers four main areas: Managing Courses, Managing Instructors, Managing Learners, and Reports & Analytics. Each area provides functions that support administrators in managing course delivery, instructors, and learners, as well as monitoring learning activities.

Under Managing Courses, partners can create a new course by completing the required basic information, such as Course Name, Course Code, Run/Term, Category, Instructor, and Level. Once created, the course can be assigned to the appropriate instructor responsible for teaching the course.

Through Managing Instructors, administrators can manage instructor information and course assignments. Under Managing Learners, administrators can manage and monitor learners enrolled in courses. Meanwhile, Reports & Analytics provides course statistics and learning activity data that can be used to monitor learner engagement and evaluate course performance.

This guide serves as a reference for Partner Administrators to carry out management processes in a structured manner, from course preparation through the monitoring and evaluation of course delivery.
