Course Description
Welcome to Managing Time, Costs and Quality in Project Management.
This micro-credential will explore ways to review the main constraints for a project manager. The issue of project scope will also be addressed.
Depending on where you live, the 'triple constraint' theory uses a mix of time, cost, quality and scope to rationalise the decisions that need to happen within a project. These constraints result in a balancing act for the project team when working to meet deliverables in the most efficient and effective way.
You may use software to help visualise what is happening and communicate with all those who need to know.
Upon completing this course, you will receive a digital badge that can be shared on your social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn), along with a certificate of completion.
