• How do I register for courses at ICE Institute?

  You just need to visit the link https://icei.ac.id/register to register. Select a unique username and complete all the required information on the registration page.

  If you have successfully registered, ICE Institute will send an activation link to your email address. You MUST activate your ICE Institute account by clicking the activation link in the email. Your account will only function properly once it has been activated.

• Can I take more than one course?

  Of course, you can register and take as many courses as you want. ICE Institute classes are designed to be efficient. Thus, you can take as many courses as you are interested in.

• Are the courses offered by ICE Institute 100% online?

  All activities take place online at ICE Institute. So, you don't have to physically attend lectures or go to the campus to attend courses as these are available online for the convenience of students.

• How does the course start?

  When a course starts, you can access all the materials through your account dashboard. The list of courses you are enrolled in will appear there. Click on a course that you need to study to start your learning pace. This page stores teaching materials and teaching videos. You can listen, read and watch the materials; there are also courses that will ask you to answer test questions. Don't forget, teaching materials will be released every week, starting from the first week.

• What does Instructor-Paced mean?

  A course learning method that has a scheduled material released weekly and deadlines for taking exams.

• What does Self-Paced mean?

  A course learning method that can be accessed by learners at any time as there is no scheduled material released weekly. Learners can complete the exam at any time as there is no deadline to complete it.

• Is the ICE Institute certificate valid? Can I obtain an ICE Institute certificate?

  ICE Institute certificate is a valid certificate. Certificates are issued by the ICE Institute and authorized by partner universities or institutions and the ICE Institute.

About Your Account

• What should I do if I don't receive the activation link email?

  If you do not receive an email regarding account activation, please check your email Spam box. If you still can't find it, send an email to [email protected] with the inquiry, username, and email address relevant to your account at ICE Institute.

• What if I can't log in or forgot my password?

  Please select the log in menu. Enter your username (registered email) and click "FORGOT PASSWORD". Then, check your email and open the message from ICE Institute. Click the link to change the password with a new one.

  To become a course lecturer, he/she must coordinate with the university's person in charge (PIC) with ICE Institute to register their featured courses.
