About This Course
Learning Chinese Happily.It is divided into two modules: the communication in daily life and professional Chinese vocabulary.Four themes are selected from the communication in daily life module.They are: 1. I have affirmed that you are the right person,sociality and friendship; 2. Enjoy shopping, High-quality life-shopping and life; 3.A bite of China,Diet and health; 4. People on the journey,Transportation and travel. In a real scene, we can talk about all aspects of daily life and study together in idiomatic expressions and standard Chinese,and introduce you traditional Chinese culture in the process of learning.Through the study of this module,to help you accumulate language material, be able to communicate with your classmates or learners of this course in Chinese.In the professional Chinese vocabulary module, you'll learn some professional Chinese about roads and bridges,automobile, logistics, computer, and track,and lay a firm foundation for your further study on professional Chinese.Perhaps for beginners, you cannot fully understand the entire content of each conversation.With the progress of course,we believe the content you can understand will be more and more.

Course Staff
Shi Rui
Shi Rui, postgraduate student, lecturer of XINJIANG VOCATIONAL&TECHNICAL COLLEGE OF CONMUNICATIONS, has been teaching and researching Chinese courses, including Chinese Listening, Oral Chinese, Communication and Skills since 2012, and has been awarded as an excellent teacher for many times. He has also been awarded as the person in charge of the college-level online open course "The Must-Have Book of Mandarin-The Secrets I Have to Say", has published over ten papers and taken charge of 3 subjects above the college level.
Zhang Xueqin
Zhang Xueqin, Master of Education of XINJIANG NORMAL UNIVERSITY, currently teaches at School of Humanities and Basic Education of XINJIANG VOCATIONAL&TECHNICAL COLLEGE OF CONMUNICATIONS. She has engaged in English and Chinese teaching for over 14 years, with advanced teaching ideas and rich teaching experience. Her lectures include College Basic English, Professional English and intensive training courses in Mandarin.
Zhao Xiaoxue
Zhao Xiaoxue, Master of Linguistics of XINJIANG NORMAL UNIVERSITY, a provincial-level Mandarin tester, and currently as a Chinese teacher in XINJIANG VOCATIONAL&TECHNICAL COLLEGE OF CONMUNICATIONS, with 10 years of experience in Chinese language teaching. Her lectures include Fundamentals of Oral Chinese, Oral Chinese skills, Mandarin, Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture, etc.
Dai Huifang
Dai Huifang, a postgraduate student, major research fields as English teaching and English-Chinese translation. She has worked in XINJIANG VOCATIONAL&TECHNICAL COLLEGE OF CONMUNICATIONS for 10 years and has been awarded the title of Excellent Teacher of the College for many times. Under her guidance, her students have won prizes in the English Speaking Matches of the Autonomous Region Skill Competition and the English Speaking Competition of the “National Talent Cup” of the Autonomous Region. She herself won the first prize of "SFLEP Cup National College Foreign Language Teaching Competition (Xinjiang Competition Area)" in 2014, the title of Excellent Instructor in National Vocational College Skills Competition and Autonomous Region Preliminary (Higher Vocational Group) Oral English Competition in 2015, and the second prize of Comprehensive Group in the 8th “SFLEP Cup” National College Foreign Language Teaching Competition in 2017. She has taken charge of and participated many university-level and department-level subjects and has published several papers.
