Zancai Xia  Zancai Xia

Zancai Xia, Professor; Doctor of Philosophy; Doctoral tutor; Director of the Academic Affairs Offices; President of Hunan Tourism Academy; Former president of Tourism College of Hunan Normal University; Tourism expert certified by NCPA; worked in postdoctoral research center for The Institute of Philosophy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2004-2008; Committee member of China National Instructive Committee of Tourism Management in 2013-2018, 2018-2022; Committee member of China National Instructive Committee of Vocational Education in Tourism; Expert of College undergraduate teaching work assessment, qualified evaluation and normal-related majors accreditation in Ministry of Education; Executive Director of teaching research branch of Chinese Association of Higher Education.

Yingjie  Yingjie Liu

Yingjie Liu is an Associate Professor and Master Supervisor in the College of Tourism of Hunan Normal University. She received her PHD degree from Hunan Normal University, MA degree from Newcastle University, BA degree from Leeds University. She has a visiting-scholar experience in Oklahoma State University, USA. She has served as the Young Core Instructor and Expert of tourism guesthouse rating and review in hunan province,and served as the Associate researcher of Hunan Sino-Foreign Culture Communication Research Base and Standing Committee Member of Hunan Tourism Hotel Association. Her research interests are in the area of Hotel and Guesthouse Operation Management, Hotel Brand Building, Vocational Education. She has authored and co-authored over 10 research papers. She has presided over 7 provincial projects and participated in 4 provincial projects. She has published a monograph《Contract Culture and Higher Education》(Hunan People's Publishing House);Translated《What is A University》(LINCOM, Germany). She hosted two provincial first-class courses, participated in one national first-class course. She won the first prize of Young Teachers' Teaching Competition in hunan province, and won the title of "Teaching Expert".

Fang  Fang Liu

Fang Liu is an Associate Professor in the College of Tourism of the Hunan Normal University. She received her Ph.D degree in Tourism Management from Sun Yat-sen University in China. She has a postdoctoral experience in Oklahoma State University, USA and a visiting-scholar experience in Technology University of Eindhoven, the Netherlands. She has working experiences in Kempinski Resort Hotel at Sanya and Ritz Carlton Hotel at Shenzhen in China and has been involved in consultancy projects for hotels, travel agencies and hospitals in the areas of human resources management and service quality. She has served as the Executive Director of Education Committee of Hunan Provincial Tourist Hotels Association and a judge in Hunan Tourism and Hotel Service Skills Competitions. Her research interests are in the area of Human Resources Management, Service Quality and Leadership in Hospitality. She has authored and co-authored over 20 research papers. 

Yong  Yongmei Wang

Yongmei Wang, Foreign Languages and Applied Linguistics Master at Central South University.

Lei  Lei Wu

Wu Lei, female (1973-), a native of Changsha, Hunan, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a doctorate in management from Huaqiao University, and a double bachelor's degree in business administration and tourism management. Now she is an associate professor in College of Tourism Hunan Normal University, a master tutor in tourism and hospitality management, and the deputy director of the hotel management department. In 2004, 2011, and 2012, she went to the University of California, the China Tourism Academy, and the Griffith University in Australia to engage in research work as a visiting scholar. Her current research interests include hotel management, tourist worry, and consumers sentiment. She is a young backbone teacher of social sciences at Hunan Normal University, presided over the national-level online and offline first-class undergraduate course “Introduction to Hotel Management”, presided over 3 ministerial-level projects, 3 provincial-level projects, 6 department-level projects, and published 3 monographs. She has published nearly 20 papers in journals such as Tourism Tribune. Served as a star rating assessor for tourist hotels in Hunan Province, a judge for the service skills competition in the tourism and hospitality industry in Hunan Province, a special lecturer for the general manager training of Hunan Provincial Tourism Administration, and participated in the research projects of several hotel groups. Hui  Hui Cheng

Hui Cheng, Lecturer; Doctor of Philosophy in Management; Mater Tutor in Hospitality Management College at Huan Normal University.

Kai  Kaijian He

Kaijian He is a professor at College of Tourism, Hunan Normal University.  He received his Ph.D. from Department of Management Sciences, City University of Hong Kong. He received his MEng from the College of Computer and Communications, Hunan University and MA in Finance and Investment from Nottingham University Business School, the University of Nottingham. He has published extensively in the refereed journals, such as Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research, Energy Economics, Energy, Neurocomputing, etc. His main research interests include tourism forecasting, data analytics, economic forecasting, deep learning, etc.

Hong  Hongchao Zhang

Dr. Hongchao Zhang joined Hunan Normal University as a Lecturer in December, 2021. He earned a Ph.D. from Utah State University with emphases in public land management and climate change adaptation. Dr. Zhang obtained his M.S. in Natural Resources and Geographical Information System (GIS) certificate from the University of Missouri, and a B.S. in Parks, Recreation and Tourism from the University of Maine. Dr. Zhang research interests include national park management, spatial and temporal modeling, big data analytics, and climate change adaptation. Dr. Zhang’s works have been published on Annals of Tourism Research, Applied Geography, and Landscape and Urban Planning etc.
