Wang Jun, Doctor, professor, obtained the Doctor's degree in Nankai University, major in Microbiology in 2008, went to Aberystwyth University as a visiting scholar in 2014. She gives lectures on Microbiology, Agricultural Microbiology, Plant Cell Engineering and other courses.She had presided over a Excellent course of Shandong Province, a university-level full English course, won 1 first prize of Shandong Province teaching achievement, and published two textbooks. Her research direction is the development and utilization of microbial resources. She has led and completed a National Natural Science Fund project, a Natural science Fund project of Shandong Province, a Science and Technology Plan project of Shandong University, a science and technology development Plan project of Shandong Province, and 10 cooperative research and development projects with enterprises.She has published more than 20 articles in SCI, EI and other core journals, 7 national invention patents and 2 monographs.

Deyong Zhao, received his doctorate in biology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was once funded by China Scholarship Council and engaged in research on gene cloning and genetic transformation in the Institute of Lausanne, UK. He is a lecturer in Binzhou University and gives lectures on Microbiology, Agricultural Microbiology, Mathematical Statistics and other courses. His main research direction is genetics and breeding.He has presided one project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China，one open project of the State Key Laboratory of Plant Cell and Chromosome Engineering and participated in one project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. More than 10 papers have been published, including 4 SCI papers. Won the 13th Binzhou Youth Science and Technology Award, and guided the students to win one third prize in the National Biological Science Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

Gao Chunming, PhD, associate professor in Binzhou University. Her research interests include plant systems and classification. She has undertaken 2 National Natural Science Funds and participated in 5 national natural Science funds successively.Published more than 10 academic papers, including 4 SCI papers. She gives lectures on Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Chemistry and other courses.

Yanhui Fan, Master, major in Microbiology. He gives lectures on Microbiology, Fermentation Engineering and other courses. He presided over two university-level teaching and research projects, and published one textbook. His research direction is microbial active substances. He has presided over a science and technology research project in Shandong Province and published one monograph.
