About The Course

Greetings, esteemed students. Welcome to Indonesian Legal System course. This course is a national compulsory course that leads students to know positive law in Indonesia regarding the meaning of each concept that compiles the concept of the Indonesian Legal System itself and finally knows what the Indonesian Legal System is.

Course weight 3 credits with 1 credit : 45 hours

Learning Outcome

This course contains topics related to the general understanding of the Indonesian legal system, the basics of customary law in Indonesia, the basics of the Islamic Legal System, the basics of customary law, the basics of Indonesian Constitutional Law, the basics of Civil Law, State Administrative Law, the basics of Criminal Law, and the basics of International Law. Other topics are also comprehensively explained in this course.
