In this empowering journey, you’ll explore essential aspects of your identity—your values, emotions, strengths, and motivations—through six carefully designed topics:

Each topic combines video, readings, worksheets, assessment, and reflection tools to help you gain clarity, direction, and confidence in shaping your future.
The course takes around 18 hours on average to complete, including watching videos, reading materials, doing quizzes, and engaging in personal reflections. But every learner is different, some may finish more quickly, while others may take extra time to pause, journal, or revisit certain activities. On average, you can expect to spend about 2–4 hours per week, depending on your pace and depth of engagement.
And don’t worry if it takes you more than an average time. The process of self-discovery is unique for each person. Some self-reflection assignments may feel quick, while others invite deeper reflection and take longer. What matters most is not the speed, but the authenticity and depth of your own journey.

A notebook or digital journal is recommended for capturing your personal reflections throughout the course. If you prefer writing by hand, consider having access to a printer or writing tools to complete the downloadable worksheets provided in each topic.

Astri Setiamurti is a researcher and curriculum designer with expertise in research, inclusive education, and learning innovation. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Universitas Indonesia and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Community Development from IPB University.
Over the past decade, Astri has designed and managed more than 10 cross-sectoral education and research projects, ranging from higher education to early childhood and community learning. She has co-developed bilingual Universal Design for Learning (UDL) e-modules accessed by learners worldwide and published articles in peer-reviewed journals.
Her passion lies in making learning accessible, engaging, and inclusive. With strengths in knowledge management, program design, and fostering creative learning ecosystems, Astri brings both academic rigor and practical insight to the courses she develops.
