About The Course

Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood. This period is a unique developmental milestone and has many challenges due to significant physical, psychological changes occur, which make them at risk for having mental health problems, such as stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and other problems.
In this course, you will learn about adolescent mental health, how to deal with, and prevent the problems and also learn how to seek help if needed.

Course Description

Requirements : Needs internet access
The time needed : 3 weeks (120 minutes)

 

The material will be provided with some video lectures. To have a more thorough, fun, and easy learning experience, you can also access text learning materials and demonstration videos from links.

During the sessions, you can do the quizzes to check your understanding, access the discussion forum to discuss about materials with other learners or ask question in the forum, and you can also do the self-reflection to explain your experiences from learning this module.
