COURSE OVERVIEW

The course provides students with the opportunity to learn the basic concept of decision-making strategy and to apply suitable decision-making tools based on a scientific framework and technique.

After finishing the sessions, the students will acquire basic skills in applying four selected decision-making tools, namely Scenario Planning, Decision Tree, Delphi Method, and Analytic Hierarchical Process.

This is an introductory course for anyone who wants to grasp a quick understanding of simple decision-making tools and their application.
