As part of the Road to the 5th Anniversary of the ICE Institute, the 35th Cyber Education Forum (CEF) was held under the theme "Building a Culture of Safety: Foundations for Workforce Readiness," bringing together experts and professionals to share insights on workforce readiness and safety culture.

On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, the ICE Institute, in collaboration with Universitas Terbuka and other educational partners, successfully hosted the 35th Cyber Education Forum (CEF). The webinar, titled "Building a Culture of Safety: Foundations for Workforce Readiness," brought together experts and professionals to discuss the importance of fostering a strong culture of safety in preparing a resilient and future-ready workforce.


The event commenced with a Welcome Speech by Prof. Dr. Fatia Fatimah, S.Si., M.Pd., representing the ICE Institute. In her opening remarks, she emphasized the growing need for organizations and educational institutions to cultivate safety awareness and digital responsibility as essential competencies in today's rapidly evolving workplace.

The forum featured distinguished speakers from diverse professional backgrounds. Dr. Puji Pujiono, MSW, RSW, President of the National Independent Association of Professional Social Workers, shared valuable insights on integrating safety culture into professional practice and community development. He highlighted that workplace readiness extends beyond technical expertise and includes ethical behavior, responsibility, and collaboration.

The second keynote speaker, Runan Ji, Senior Manager at Sunmaker & CIIEIE, discussed the role of technology, innovation, and international collaboration in strengthening workforce preparedness. He explained how organizations can build safer and more adaptive working environments by embracing continuous learning and cultivating a proactive safety mindset.

The discussion was moderated by Adriyan Fachri Buana, B.A. from the ICE Institute, who guided an engaging question-and-answer session between the speakers and participants. The interactive discussion allowed attendees to explore practical strategies for implementing safety culture across various industries and educational settings.
