Deskripsi Mata Kuliah
As a continuation of Management Accounting, Management Control Systems will help the students to learn about concepts, characteristics, and variations in management control systems. This course will also discuss result controls, financial responsibility centers, incentive systems, planning and budgeting, Controllers and Auditors.

- Students are able to apply arrange various strategic planning (C6)
- Students are able to identify various types, goals, functions, and forms of control in organizations (C1)
- Students are able to prepare forecast budgeting (C6)
- Students are able to apply accounting and management knowledge to problems solving and make decisions in companie (C3)
- Students are able to explain the concept of transfer pricing and its influence in an organization (C1)

Profil Dosen :
Clarissa Maya Devi, S.E., M.Ak, lahir di Jakarta, saat ini adalah staff pengajar Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pradita Tangerang sejak tahun 2020, Saat ini menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas Pradita. Sebelumnya pernah bekerja di beberapa perusahaan swasta dan beberapa universitas antara lain PT. Mitra Distrindo Nusantara, PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk., PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia, Universitas Matana, dan Universitas Bunda Mulia sebagai staff pengajar akuntansi
Menyelesaikan sarjana ekonomi jurusan akuntansi pada tahun 2014 dari Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Trisakti Jakarta dan gelar Magister Akuntansi dari Program Pascasarjana Universitas Tarumanagara, Jakarta tahun 2018.
