About This Course

This course introduces the principles of switching concepts, DHCP, and Redundancy. This allows the students to gain understanding in analysis of switching process. This course includes analysis, configuration, verification and troubleshooting of switch (VLAN, Inter-VLAN, STP, Etherchannel) configuration and router (DHCP, SLAAC, FHRP) configuration. Each course module provides a systematic step by step procedure on basic network activities to identify and correct common switching issues and problems.

1. Understand switching and switching concepts.

2. Implement and Configure VLAN and Inter-VLAN. Deploy DHCP and LAN Security on a given network.
